OmniFluxs — Escrow-Protected YouTube Channel Marketplace

OmniFluxs is an escrow-protected marketplace where people buy and sell YouTube channels and Facebook Pages. It is operated by OmniFluxs Services Pvt Ltd, a GST-registered private limited company based in Karauli, Rajasthan, India, serving buyers and sellers worldwide with prices in USD (default) and INR.

What OmniFluxs does

OmniFluxs places a neutral escrow agent between the buyer and the seller. The escrow agent takes temporary ownership of the channel, verifies it, removes the seller's access, and only then instructs the buyer to release payment. This removes the two classic risks of a private channel sale: the buyer paying and never receiving the channel, and the seller handing over the channel and never getting paid.

Assets traded on OmniFluxs: monetized YouTube channels, non-monetized YouTube channels, aged (old) YouTube channels, channels with the YouTube verification badge, channels with the music note badge, and Facebook Pages. There is no minimum subscriber requirement — channels under 1,000 subscribers can also be listed.

How a YouTube channel transfer works on OmniFluxs

  1. Buyer opens a deal on a listing and pays the escrow fee — 5% of deal value, minimum $1 / ₹95, fully refundable if the deal does not complete.
  2. Seller sends a YouTube Brand Account admin invite to the OmniFluxs escrow agent's Gmail. If the invite is not sent within 72 hours, the deal auto-cancels and the escrow fee is refunded.
  3. YouTube enforces a mandatory 7-day holding period on Brand Account ownership changes. OmniFluxs shows a live countdown for it.
  4. After 7 days the escrow agent becomes primary owner and removes the seller's access, so the channel can no longer be taken back.
  5. The escrow agent verifies subscribers, monetization status, revenue, community guideline strikes, copyright strikes and channel age, and posts screenshots into the deal chat.
  6. Only after verification does the buyer pay the seller. The buyer has 72 hours; otherwise the deal cancels and access is returned to the seller.
  7. The escrow agent transfers primary ownership to the buyer's Gmail, removes itself, and the deal closes with an automatic GST invoice for both parties.

Typical end-to-end duration: 10 to 14 days, driven mostly by YouTube's own 7-day holding period.

Indicative YouTube channel prices on OmniFluxs

Value depends more on monthly revenue and niche CPM than on subscriber count. Finance and tech channels command the highest CPMs; gaming and entertainment channels are valued mainly for audience size and shorts reach.
