## What OmniFluxs does

OmniFluxs sits between a channel buyer and a channel seller as a neutral escrow agent.
The escrow agent takes temporary ownership of the channel, verifies it, removes the
seller's access, and only then instructs the buyer to release payment. This removes the
two classic risks of a private channel sale: the buyer paying and never receiving the
channel, and the seller handing over the channel and never getting paid.

Supported assets: YouTube channels (monetized and non-monetized, aged channels,
verified-badge channels, music-badge channels) and Facebook Pages.

## How a YouTube channel transfer works on OmniFluxs

1. Buyer opens a deal on a listing and pays the escrow fee (fully refundable if the
   deal does not complete).
2. Seller sends a Brand Account admin invite to the OmniFluxs escrow agent's Gmail.
3. YouTube enforces a mandatory 7-day holding period on Brand Account admin changes.
   OmniFluxs shows a live countdown for this period.
4. After 7 days the escrow agent becomes primary owner and removes the seller's access.
   The agent verifies subscribers, monetization status, strikes and revenue, and shares
   screenshots in the deal chat.
5. Only after this verification does the buyer send the channel payment to the seller.
6. The escrow agent transfers primary ownership to the buyer's Gmail and removes itself.
7. The deal is marked complete and a GST invoice is generated automatically.

Typical end-to-end duration: 10 to 14 days, driven mostly by YouTube's own 7-day
holding period.

## Fees

- Escrow fee: 5% of the deal value, paid by the buyer, minimum $1 / ₹95.
- Escrow fee is fully refundable if the transfer does not complete.
- Crypto deposits carry a 2% gateway charge. PayPal deposits carry 5.20% + $0.35.
- Reseller badge holders get a discounted escrow fee.
- Deposit methods: UPI (OmniFluxs Pay), crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL, USDC, LTC, BNB),
  PayPal. Withdrawals: Indian bank transfer, UPI, Binance, crypto.

## Buyer and seller protections

- 100% Account Recovery Guarantee: if a sold channel is recovered by its previous owner
  after the deal completes, the buyer is refunded the channel price, the escrow fee, or
  both.
- Payment is only released after the escrow agent independently verifies ownership.
- Automatic cancellation and refund if the seller does not send the invite within 72
  hours, or if the buyer does not pay within 72 hours after ownership verification.
- KYC verification with blue-tick badges for verified sellers.
- Duplicate-listing protection: one live listing per channel.
